SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm PST.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We currently are offering free ground shipping on all orders in the continental United States. We have the right to change this promotion at any time.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like 2-day or Overnight shipping you will have the option to upgrade during checkout. We do not offer Saturday delivery as a shipping service. 2-day orders placed on Thursday will ship to arrive on Monday, and Overnight orders placed on Friday will ship to arrive on Monday.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

All orders are shipped from our facility in Montreal, Canada. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are determined based on the prevailing shipping rates specific to your location.

Updates to the Policy

ZappBug reserves the right to modify or amend this international shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
